The charming neighborhood of Chichester is located in downtown Gardnerville. Chichester is a single-family community consisting of 778 homes. Access is via Gilman Avenue which is located on the east side of the intersection of Highway 395 and Sharkeys Casino. The community was built on what at one time was the Chichester Ranch and is now conveniently located very close to grocery stores, Carson Valley Senior and Community Center, elementary and middle schools, parks, and most other amenities in Gardnerville. The community consists of about 1,000 homes which are single and two story models. The majority of the lots are least than 1/4 acre and homes sizes tend to range from 1100 sq. feet to 2300 sq. feet on the two story parcels.
