Pinenut and Ruhenstroph are located in the South portion of Gardnerville just before you head over the hill to Spring Valley and Topaz Lake. These two areas are very popular with residents that are looking for a real country lifestyle yet close to downtown and facilities. It’s approximately 10 minutes to the local grocery store and you can be back home “on the ranch” without driving for a long distance. Most properties are on one acre; however, there are two acre, five acre and larger homes available. The Pinenut Range is the mountain range to the East of Ruhenstroph and many homes are dotted throughout the back roads of the Pinenuts.
