Fish Springs

Fish Springs is home to Nevada’s wild mustangs. It’s a rural community on the East side of Highway 395 accessed by taking Toler Lane East. Toler Lane turns into Fish Springs Road and the various small communities of Wildflower Ridge, Pinion Ridge, and Sterling Ranch are all offshoots from Fish Springs Road.
The neighborhoods are varied with beautiful ranches, gated equestrian subdivisions, large homes with sweeping views overlooking the valley on Wildflower Ridge and Pinion Ridge and then nestled into the valley over the hill is Fish Springs which stretches out for miles into the sagebrush with a bit of variety of homes and properties. Most parcels are 2-5 acres and the residents love the space around them. Hunters Point is the newest subdivision in Fish Springs. It’s a paved cul-de-saw with beautiful lots and easy access to the road. Some new homes are just coming on-line with more to follow. The wild horses come to visit and really do no harm. Coyotes also come to visit and pets need to be kept an eye on. The best kept secret about this charming valley over the hill is that it’s rural living within minutes of downtown Minden and Gardnerville. It literally takes 5-10 minutes for Carson Valley shopping at the local supermarkets yet once you arrive back home you have the peace and tranquility of you “home out west”.
